The provisions contained in this Privacy Policy - effective as of the date specified below - govern your access to and use of the website www.loveforevermovement.org ("Site"). Please review this Privacy Policy carefully. User content:
By using our Site you understand and agree that by default, all sharing through the Site is public. The Love Forever Movement community is a platform for you to post content, including photos, comments and other materials to the Site and to share amongst others. When you upload content anyone can view, use, or share it, consistent with this Privacy Policy and our Terms. In addition, information shared publicly may be copied and shared throughout the Internet, including extensions of our Site. Though you are free to delete your account, content may live on through re-posting by others. Due to Site technological limitations, copies of that content may exist elsewhere and be retained indefinitely, including in our systems. We urge you to make careful judgments about any personal information you disclose to any website.
How we collect your information:
Love Forever Movement collects personally identifiable information from you when you voluntarily share it with us. When you register to become a member, submit a form to become a partner, sign up to volunteer, contribute, participate in an initiative, upload photographs, post comments, subscribe to our newsletter, complete a survey, or take any other action on our Site, we may ask you to give us contact information, including your name, birthday, address, email address and/or telephone number.
When a donor contributes monetarily, Love Forever Movement also keeps a record of each donor’s giving history on file for IRS purposes.*
In addition, we may monitor our email deliverability to you.
Please note that personal information collected may be stored in locations outside of Love Forever Movement's control (for example, on servers or databases gathered by hosting providers).

- Help us operate, analyze, develop, improve and promote this Site, its products, services, content and advertising;
- Administer your account;
- Respond to your inquiries;
- Contact you regarding information relevant to Love Forever Movement, including news, updates, marketing and relationship-building communications with you;

Information shared to third parties:
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when we have reason to believe release is appropriate to comply with the law (for example, a lawful subpoena or investigative requests), to protect the rights, safety or property of On and On Enterprises, Love Forever Movement, its employees, affiliates, donors and supporters from fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct.
Retention of information:
We will retain the personal information that we collect for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Given the nature of sharing on this Site, some of the public activity on your account prior to deletion may remain stored on our servers and accessible to the public.
Security of your information:
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to safeguard the privacy and integrity of your personal information (including your account information), including but not limited to standard encryption methods and various restrictions on who can access the information and the servers on which it is stored. However, we cannot guarantee complete security. We also cannot ensure that our Site will function error free. We recommend that you use caution whenever submitting personal information online.
Your account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. We advise you to prevent unauthorized access to your account by selecting and protecting your password appropriately. Also, limit your access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account on the Site.
