The provisions contained in these Terms of Service - effective as of the date specified below - govern your access to and use of the website www.loveforevermovement.org ("Site").

Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using this site or its services, you signify your acceptance of and agreement with all provisions of these terms, in addition to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service and/or our Privacy Policy, you should elect not to visit the Site.

User account and content:

As a condition to using certain aspects of the Site, you may be required to create an account and select a password. If you choose to create an account, you must provide Love Forever Movement with accurate, complete, and updated registration information, particularly your email address or cell phone number; failure to do so may result in suspension of your account. You also agree to notify Love Forever Movement immediately of any actual or suspected loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your account or account password.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account with Love Forever Movement, unless a parent or guardian over age 21 is monitoring the account to ensure adherence to Love Forever Movement’s Terms of Service.
Love Forever Movement initiatives promote love, kindness, inspiration and positive encouragement. Correspondences that revolve around exploitation, bullying, discrimination, racism, hatred, threatening, harassment, illegal activity, pornography, sexually suggestive or explicit content, defamation or otherwise inappropriately abuse others are not allowed. Doing so will result in immediate termination of your account and content.
Attempting to gather personal information belonging to others for the purposes of spamming, marketing, selling to third parties, or otherwise improperly soliciting or abusing Love Forever Movement or Site users is prohibited.

Release from liability:

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH THIRD PARTY IS NOT A REPRESENTATIVE, EMPLOYEE, AGENT, OR AFFILIATE OF LOVE FOREVER MOVEMENT, AND SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS SUCH FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOVE FOREVER MOVEMENT, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, VENDORS AND/OR DISTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY ACTUAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER; (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOOD WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES; (C) DAMAGES RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (D) DAMAGES RELATING TO ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR USER USING THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OR CONTENT; AND/OR (E) DAMAGES IN ANY MANNER RELATING TO ANY CONTENT. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT LOVE FOREVER MOVEMENT HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND FURTHER WHERE A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Changes to the terms:

Love Forever Movement reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your use of the Site after such changes have been posted shall constitute your acceptance of all provisions in the revised Terms of Service.

Non-US users:

On and On Enterprises, Love Forever Movement and its Site are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide will be transferred to the United States. By using this Site and providing us with your information, you consent to the collection and transfer of your information to the United States.

Governing law:

You agree that your use of this Site, these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any controversy, claim or dispute relating thereto, shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute shall be resolved solely in the state or federal courts located in New York, to whose jurisdiction and venue you hereby expressly consent. In addition, you hereby waive the right to bring or participate in any claim against Love Forever, its employees, agents, or affiliates, as a class action, consolidated, multi-district, or collective action, or private attorney general action. If Love Forever Movement prevails against you in any arbitration or proceeding concerning these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, we shall be entitled to recover our legal costs, including attorneys’ fees, in addition to all other available legal and equitable relief.
